Impact & Evaluation

Often as a follow on from a fundraising audit or theory of change development, we have helped implement evaluation programmes that clearly demonstrate the impact of work. This has ranged from implementing small scale qualitative feedback as part of direct service delivery, all the way through to advising on the development of randomised control trials (RCTs) working with evaluation partners. A key component of our support is extended into how this evaluation (and broader justification of the need for the organisation’s work) is managed and used to position its expertise with all audiences.
