Capacity Building, Coaching & Mentoring

We have worked with a cross section of funders who want to both help the organisations they fund, while at the same time want to know that these organisations are capable of being financially sustainable. In each instance we have been able to provide bespoke solutions to capacity building for those they fund that is sensitive to their respective needs. On one side this is providing strategic guidance on how they approach the income generation challenge, while supporting operational teams with aspects of training and guided support that provides learning on real activities, such as working through a live bid-writing opportunity or co-developing a theory of change.
