Strategy & Business Planning

We have supported a number of non-profits directly with a business planning process, helping to create consensus of direction through stakeholder engagement. We followed through with the creation of simple structures and focus to the written plans that guided internal audiences and were useable with external ones, particularly funders, to give confidence on the direction of travel.
