Theory of Change

We have guided numerous organisations through the development of either an organisational or programme specific theory of change. These are either done through a guided, iterative process that brings together key personnel to work together over a number of sessions or it can be done by simply hitting the development hard in a single workshop. We have worked with issues as diverse as counteracting disinformation and building resilience in young people against extremism and radicalisation, all the way through to justice in the care system and parliamentary oversight.
